Ohio Health Neuroscience Wellness Center

Description:

Ohio Health Neuroscience was a 13.5 million dollar project and is a first of its kind wellness center for those with neurologic conditions. This is located at the Ohio Health McConnell Campus near Riverside Hospital. This 18,000 square foot center is the first freestanding neuroscience wellness center of its kind in the country. We installed extensive plumbing systems; including, unique installations of sound deadening plumbing systems.

Description:

NRI is Hydro Mechanicals first project. We completed plumbing systems for two 120,000 square foot, 4 story office buildings. This was part of the Grandview Yard, 125 acre development of retail, housing, and offices for Nationwide Realty Investments. Prefabrication was utilized to minimize the construction schedule and maximize quality.

Upper Arlington City Schools: Windemere and Wickliffe

Description:

Windermere and Wickliffe are two new Upper Arlington Schools.  Both buildings are 73,773 square feet. Each school has 24 new classrooms, a new centralized media center, a new kitchen/cafeteria and a new outdoor learning space. Hydro Mechanical installed the plumbing systems of both schools.

Hyatt FCU

Description:

Hyatt Regency Columbus, at 350 N High Street, did a 12 million dollar renovation of it's 633 guest rooms and corridors. Hydro Mechanical replaced 720 fan coil units and associated heating water, chilled water, and condensate piping. The replacement occurred while the hotel was occupied. The installation required close coordination with the general contractor, owner, and manager. Our work involved freezing of the 56 existing chilled water and heating water lines to prevent draining 14 floors of occupied units.

Reynoldsburg Community Center

Description:

The two-story, 75,000- square-foot recreation center was built on 10 acres at the site of the former Reynoldsburg Swim Club and at a cost of $30 million to the city for the design and construction of the facility. It includes indoor and outdoor swimming pools, community rooms, a fitness center, gymnasium, and studio space, all operated by the YMCA of Central Ohio. Additionally, 13,000 square feet of the building will house OhioHealth primary care doctors. Hydro Mechanical worked on the 4,250 square foot indoor recreation pool and the 3,500 square foot outdoor pool. Our work included stair entry, and underwater bench, six total 25-yard lap lanes, various spray features and a runout waterslide. 

PINS Mechanical - Easton

Description:

PINS Mechanical Easton is located at 4117 Worth Ave. This huge space is 38,000 square feet inside with 3,000 additional square feet of patio space. The building is two floors plus a mezzanine platform. PINS Easton was part of the $500 million Easton Town Center Expansion. Our scope of work included underground mechanical systems, soda line conduits, multiple restrooms and bars, and patio heating and gas fireplaces.
